Seafarer Recruitment and Management

We hire and distribute seafarers in the right place according to the needs of the ship owner complying with the International and National Requirements established by Governing Laboure Bodies of the individual country of origin of the Seafarers employed and as mandated by the ILO under the Maritime Laboure Convention of 2006.

Pool Crew

Crew manager keep good relationship with pool crew by meeting and workshop regularly

Concerned Parties

Maintain relationship with concerned parties (e.g. SECD) by visiting and gifting regularly

    • Checking qualification and medical fit

    Interview by Team Leader

    • Test of communication skill
    • 2nd Interview for advanced skill

    Review by Korea Officer

    • Final decision for recommendation
    • Checking previous evaluation

  4. Step

    Final Approval of Customer

    • Preparation of joining
    • Approval
