SEVEN STARS SHIPPING AND GENERAL SERVICES CO., LTD hereafter refer as SSS is as seafarer recruitment and placement services (SRPS) registered and founded in May 15, 2017 in Myanmar under the Department of Marine Administration and Myanmar SSS Act shall recruit and place qualified seafarer to Principals, meeting the requirements. SSS shall established integrated Quality Management Manual to implement for the effective and efficient operation of SRPS for Myanmar Seafarers.

Since its inception SSS has shown the great capacity to expand its market share in seafarer supply sector in Myanmar. It is the view of the management that SSS success is due to a strong focus on customers’ satisfaction.

SSS will not get involved in legal dispute in relation to work that SSS had performed. We aim to be the first choice crew supplier in Myanmar.

  • Seafarer is to be medically fit to work for the contract period.

Main business function

  1. Crew dispatching services to International going vessels under the company’s crew management contract.
  2. Crew selection, replacement arrangements, qualification / certificate management.
  3. Instructions, education, and negotiations with crew.
  4. Planning and management of crew and on-board joining rotation.
  5. Before joining onboard, planning and implementation of Pre-Joining Meeting thru the nominated Manning Agency.
  6. Screening of crew members who excelled well during their services onboard and as recommended by the vessel’s Master for promotion.
  7. Various customer support related to crew dispatch commissioned by ship owners and ship management companies. (Preparation of contract for salary revision, crew selection proposal, processing of various requests, etc.)
  8. Emergency response work in the event of injury or illness or trouble between crew members on a ship in operation(Depending on the content, we will cooperate with insurance companies, local agents, Coast Guard, etc.) ・Visit to the ships under the Company’s Crewing and Safety Management. (Domestic or overseas business trip when necessary / Certificate management confirmation / Food storage inventory check Including various interviews with crew members / preparation of reports and submission to owners)
  9. Payment of various invoices and creation of insurance invoices.
  10. Preparation and submission of boarding / alighting report to All Myanmar Seamen’s Union.
  11. Preparation and necessary support for a newly built or modified vessel.
  12. Participation in operation test and sea trial when requested by the ship owner.
  13. Ceremony attendance at the time of delivery of a newly constructed or modified ship.(Correspondence of attending banks, charterers, trading companies, etc.
